This is a class project built with Ruby on Rails + Sass for Flatiron School's software engineering program. It includes devise + omniauth authentication, three levels of user authorization, a content management system for support tickets and a project management module for tasks among admins. The front-end is fully responsive.

Meet your crew

Besides the support ticket and FAQ functions, the project also has 6 pre-set admin users who respond to ticket submissions and post FAQs. They also create and manage tasks among themselves.

The project supports ActionMailer for notifications, including when tickets receive responses, when tasks are assigned to user and when user completes tasks.
